Regardless of how many items you order, we charge one flat rate ($6.95) for shipping and handling. This rate applies to orders shipped using Ground within the 48 contiguous states, plus Alaska and Hawaii! Separate shipping charges will be calculated for each ‘ship to’ address. Our primary method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Sorry, but we do not ship to APO/FPO, Canada, US territories, PO boxes, or destinations abroad.
For your convenience, we offer expedited shipping options: Two Day Delivery via USPS Express Mail for $24.95 or Next Day Delivery for $34.95. Orders requesting expedited shipping must be placed by NOON Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, to be shipped the same day. Orders with expedited shipping requests placed after NOON EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Please ensure you provide correct and complete addresses so your
package will arrive at its proper destination. Packages send via USPS Express Mail that are re-routed during delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to a surcharge of $10.00.
Processing Orders
Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM (EST). Orders
are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, Monday through
Friday. All orders placed after store hours on Friday will be processed
and shipped on the next business day. You will receive your order within 3-10 business days from the ship date. We will not charge your credit card until your package has shipped.
While you can always place an order on our web site, we do not process
or ship orders on weekends or the following holidays: New Year’s
Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please note that orders shipped around
these holidays may take an additional day of transit time.
We do our best to keep our inventory up to date. However, due to high demand, we may be out of stock of an item that is posted on our site. In this event, you will be notified of your order status immediately by phone or email.
Sales Tax
In accordance with Pennsylvania tax laws, a 6% sales tax will be applied to taxable goods shipped to a Pennsylvania address. In addition, Philadelphia and Allegheny county residents will be charged an additional 1% local sales tax. |
