Return Policy
Full refund, credit or exchange on new, unused items with original receipt and packaging within 14 days. Merchandise delivered to you in plastic bags/wrapping MUST be returned in this original packaging, free of rips or tears. Under no circumstances will damaged merchandise (e.g., stains, tears, etc.) be accepted for return, credit or exchange.
Upon receipt of merchandise, please allow 7-14 business days to process your return and credit your account. Costs for shipping and gift packaging are non-refundable, unless of course items arrive damaged or an error has occurred on our part. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, credit or exchange.
A return authorization number (RA#) is needed to process your return. Please contact us using the form below or call us at 800.641.4990. Please note, packages without a RA# will be refused and returned to you. Upon receiving a RA#, please return merchandise to:

We highly recommend that you return your merchandise via UPS or FedEx. In the event that your package gets lost, these carriers will be able to assist you in tracking it. Unfortunately, we cannot process a return without receiving the merchandise. Thank you for respecting our return policy.
