Gift Packaging
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, on most items we are glad to prepare your gift and add a personalized, hand written note for a small charge of $2.95. Gifts are placed with care into a natural kraft box then tied with beautiful shades of copper, grape and olive raffia. Some large or odd shaped items will be wrapped in an alternative format. A note will appear on the item page if gift packaging is not available for that particular item.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Please click on the Privacy & Security link at the bottom of this page for detailed information.
Can I place my order by phone?
Absolutely! Please feel free to call us toll-free at 800.641.4990 to
place your order via phone. Operating hours are Monday through Friday,
9AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time.
Will I receive
confirmation that my order has been processed?
Yes. Once we receive
and review your order, we will email you a confirmation that includes
an order number, order summary and the total amount that will be billed
to your credit card.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We
do our best to keep our site current. However, due to high demand, we may be
out of stock of an item that is on our web site. If an item on your order
is unavailable, we will contact you immediately by phone or email as
long as the information you provided is current.
Will I be charged
sales tax?
In accordance with tax regulations of the State of Pennsylvania,
sales tax (6%) is automatically calculated for taxable items shipped to a Pennsylvania address. In addition, a local sales tax (1%) will also be charged on taxable items shipped to Philadelphia or Allegheny
counties. Shipments to destinations other than Pennsylvania will not
be charged sales tax.

How will I know when my order
is shipped?
We will send you a second email once we have shipped
your order.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes.
You can track your order by clicking on the link we send to you in the
email that confirms your order was shipped.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii. |
